A bonded title may be needed.A bonded title may be an option when you have the vehicle but cannot provide complete, acceptable ownership documents. This can happen when a title is lost, incomplete, or incorrect and you cannot get the needed paperwork from the seller.
Notary documents are required. You will need an official notary to sign the gift affidavit for both the donor and recipient.
